The first 150 cars that will be coming in Forza Horizon 3 have been announced, showing off a variety of cool sports cars that will be playable when the upcoming racing game finally comes out. Many of the cards come from a variety of different years, so you’re not going to be stuck with the newest cars ever. The Forza Horizon 3 cars range from 1945 cars to cars that will be coming out this year in 2016. The various makers include pretty much every notable maker, ranging from Jeep to Jaguar, to Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Ford, Dodge, Chevrolet, Ferrari, and more.
These are merely the first group of Forza Horizon 3 cars that will be coming with the game when it releases at the tail end of September. Hundreds of others will likely be coming soon afterward, allowing players to drive pretty much every well-known car since the era of muscle and sports cars began.
Players will be able to drive all of these cars on a variety of tracks, including the ever-present Nurburgring, a test track in Germany where many sports cars are put through their paces before their official release. Other tracks will include famous race tracks and various roads.
Forza Horizon 3 will be releasing a few months after the most recent Motorsport game, Forza Motorsport 6 Apex, a free-to-play game that Microsoft released on PC as an alternative to putting out Forza Horizon 6 on the Xbox One.
But, will there be more cars in Forza Horizon 3 than Forza Motorsport 6? FM6 had over 450 cars, more than twice the cars of the previous Motorsport game.
While 150 new Forza Horizon 3 cars is still nothing to sneeze at, we may be seeing even more cars coming out than there are in Forza Motorsport 6.
Either way we’ll have to just see how many cars end up being in the game when Forza Horizon 3 comes out September 27.
