While the last thing that made it to the news about Red Dead was when the RDR was added to the Xbox One backwards compatibility list. However, about the highly anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2 Reveal, people have their eyes set at Gamescom 2016.
This is a rather new rumor that suggests the new game is going to be made official by Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive at Cologne, Germany.
While either the publisher or the developers of the franchise have not made any announcement hinting at such a plan, but it has been spotted in the schedule of the event.
For those of you who do not know, Gamescom 2016 is supposed to take place between August 17, 2016 and August 21, 2016, and if Red Dead Redemption 2 Reveal is going to be made it will be between those days.
Previously, it was rumored based on the past speculations that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be unveiled at E3 2016, but the absence of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive from the event in Los Angeles, pushed those rumors down the drain.
Back in June it was reported that Red Dead Redemption 2 was deliberately pulled from the E3 2016 schedule of Sony Interactive Entertainment, but Adam Boyes later clarified that this was not the case because Sony finalized their plans months before every event.
We know that more than one Rockstar Games titles are being worked on as we speak, and this is a rather known fact that a new Red Dead game is going to be released sometime later.
Based on the long list of rumors that have come in the past couple of years, it is now highly anticipated that the Red Dead Redemption 2 reveal is going to come out this year.
