Someone at SEGA needs to do a better job at keeping upcoming content and announcements under secure lockdown. The official YouTube channel for Total War posted an unlisted but not private video. The video in question showed a the new Beastmen DLC.
According to the video, Total War Warhammer DLC is slated for July 28. There isn’t much to go on right now in terms of gameplay details for the time being. However, here’s the official description for Beastmen.
As The Beastmen emerge from their woodland lairs, ten thousand hooves stamp in agitated union, and a foetid musk arises from the sea of matted fur. The bray of the battle-horns pierces the gloom, and beyond: from Bordeleaux to Ostermark, the Call Of The Beastmen will be heard across The Old World.
Developers teased this DLC before so we can’t say we are surprised to see it. This was surely a mistake and it is clear that this Total War Warhammer DLC video was posted early.
Strangely, they haven’t unlisted, turn it to private, or made it public. It seems Creative Assembly is yet to catch wind of what happened.
More details about the DLC should arrive soon so check back with us later.
