Charlie INTEL has also confirmed via its sources that the footage will be of the main campaign of Modern Warfare remastered. It’s not confirmed whether or not Activision might release some multiplayer footage tomorrow too, if at all. Certainly, there has been demand for it since E3.

The original Modern Warfare released back in 2007 for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC. Developed by Infinity Ward, Modern Warfare received critical acclaim from fans and publications alike. Hailed as a genre defining First Person shooter, Modern Warfare is arguably the most popular Call of Duty title.

So much so that Vince Zapella, the original mastermind behind Modern Warfare, told Infinity Ward not to “f*** up” the Modern Warfare Remaster.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, developed by Raven Software, was announced by Acitivision back in April and was revealed with gameplay footage right beside Infinite Warfare at this year’s E3 to much fanfare after many months of rumors.

In actuality, people treated Infinite Warfare, the latest entry in the series, as the side show when Modern Warfare Remastered was revealed. Activision have confirmed that Modern Warfare Remastered will not have a standalone release, but will come bundled with Infinity Warfare’s Legacy, Legacy Pro and the Digital deluxe editions.

This announcement conjured the ire of many fans, who viewed this as nothing but a marketing ploy on Activision’s part. This ire is not misplaced either, as even the main campaign will be PS4 exclusive for 30 days after release.

Modern Warfare Remastered boasts enhanced graphics and Multiplayer progression system and will be released in the aforementioned Infinite Warfare bundles on November 4 for PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
