There is currently not much that we know of the upcoming Battlefield 1, but according to a recent Closed Alpha footage, it has been confirmed that Battlefield 1 on Playstation 4 and Xbox One will feature FOV Slider.
There are obviously high chances that implementing such a feature on consoles may accompany a handful of performance issues, but given the fact that EA and DICE have included it in the Closed Alpha, the developers have ample time to fine tune everything.

In other Battlefield news, it is also being speculated that the game might feature a new game mode called The Pigeon Mode. This game mode will essentially revolve around Carrier Pigeons which were an important means of communication and delivering messages during both the World Wars. Obviously, this is a speculation acquired by data-mining the code, but to find out more, head over to the post!
In addition to this, according to another leak, it has surfaced that the game will launch with a total of 10 Multiplayer Maps and 7 game modes. Once again, since neither EA nor DICE has officially commented on it, I advise taking it with a huge grain of salt.
Battlefield 1 is scheduled to release on Oct. 21, 2016 for PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One.
