The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine officially concluded Geralt’s saga and it is highly unlikely that we will see more of White Wolf. While CDPR has already confirmed that the upcoming Gwent – The Witcher Card Game will expand on the lore of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt a bit, I have my reservations.
The official Twitter account of The Witcher recently asked fans whether they would like to play a Telltale games series based on The Witcher universe – books and video games. The tweet also includes three fan-made boxarts for The Witcher, The Witcher: The Last Wish, and A Matter of Life and Death.
Would you play this?

As I have mentioned earlier, the boxarts shared above are fan-made by DevianArt user Astoralexander and were recently shared by the Fakes Forge Facebook Page. With that being said, although it does not confirm anything, it is good to see CDPR exploring different things and willing to try something new.
Personally, I am all in for Telltale’s take on The Witcher universe, but there is obviously no telling whether it will ever bear fruit or not! However, given that the developer listened to fans when they asked for a standalone Gwent game, I would not be too surprised if this eventually becomes a thing.
CD Projekt Red is currently hard at work with the upcoming Gwent – The Witcher Card Game and Cyberpunk 2077. Telltale Games, on the other hand, is working on a story-driven game revolving around The Capped Crusader.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is now available on PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One.
