League of Legends is now so big that the game is making a major $150 million per month! The player base of the game keeps increasing and so does the number of people who get affected by server maintenances. On that front, you are going to get a new one thanks to the League of Legends Patch 6.13.
Riot Games has confirmed that with the launch of the new patch, they are also going to send the servers into maintenance for a period of three hours on June 29, 2016.
The exact time when the servers will be down starts at 01:30 Pacific Time and ends at approximately 04:30 Pacific Time.
For those who are new to stuff like this, it means if you are in the middle of any match when the server maintenance starts, your game will automatically be ended in a draw with stats being wiped.
On 06/29/16, starting at, 01:30 Pacific Time (08:30 UTC), ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 6.13. At 03:00 Pacific time (10:00 UTC), the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 3 hours.
The League of Legends Patch 6.13 will be live after the maintenance period ends; it is the content update that is going to bring you Soul Stealer Vayne, Deep Sea Nami and Hextech Wards skins, the new Nexus Siege Mode, a major client update as well as a host of bug fixes and balancing.
There is a long list of champions that are either being buffed or nerfed, while there are even more that are going to get other changes.
While all these details are coming from the PBE, we are going to share with you the complete patch notes for League of Legends patch 6.13 very soon.
