Neocore Games has unveiled an E3 2016 gameplay trailer for the upcoming Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr.
The gameplay trailer is based on all in-game footage and gives us a good look at the game’s destructible environments and gameplay mechanics.
In addition to this E3 2016 gameplay trailer, Neocore has also released a bunch of screenshots, detailing the game’s impressive visuals, environments, and characters. You can check them out in the gallery attached below!
Set in Warhammer universe, 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr is an open-world sandbox adventure that sends players journeying among the stars waging a secret and bloody war as the agents of Inquisition. The game is played using a top-down camera perspective in an open-world and employs action-RPG elements.
The game also has a dedicated PVP system, but it does not revolve around pitting one Inquisitor against another. Instead it employs a careful approach of building fortresses using one’s Inquisitorial army and then raiding fortresses built by other players. However, there is always a risk of getting your own fortress raided which is why you must always be vigilant as befits an agent of Inquisition.
Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr is scheduled to release sometime during the first quarter of 2017 on Steam, Playstation 4, and Xbox One.
