Forza Horizon 3 Revealed for Xbox One and PC, Campaign Co-op, Set in Australia; E3 2016 Trailer Inside

Just like we reported to you back in March, Forza Horizon 3 is happening, and now we have had the official reveal and a brand new E3 2016 trailer from Playground Games too!

What’s more the developers have also announced that the game is going to be released not only on the Xbox One but also on Windows 10. This gets even more interesting because the game releases with the new Play Anywhere feature, this will allow you to buy the game once and play it on both platforms.

A couple of minutes ago at Microsoft’s E3 2016 press brief, the Creative Director at Playground Games, Ralph Fulton took to the show floor to reveal the first trailer (leaked previously) of the game – which in the simplest of words, was nothing short of mindblowing.

We have shared the trailer above so that you can watch it here if you weren’t able to do so through the live stream. Check it out above.

The game is set in Australia, and the trailer does honest justice to the gorgeous landscapes, beaches, forests and even sunsets of that beautiful country. However, the more exciting parts for us were the vehicles that are going to be included in the car roster of Forza Horizon 3.

Playground Games has confirmed that this game is going to have the largest roster in the entire Forza Horizon series, and that includes everything from never seen before off-road jeeps to the 2017 Lamborghini Centenario!

In Forza Horizon 3, you’re in charge of the Horizon Festival. Customize everything, hire and fire your friends, and explore Australia in over 350 of the world’s greatest cars, including the debut of the 2017 Lamborghini Centenario. Make your Horizon the ultimate celebration of cars, music, and freedom of the open road. How you get there is up to you.

The developers are promising many other never experienced before features like a co-op campaign, which is a first of its kind. You will be able to enjoy the game in a group of four friends.

The excitement doesn’t end there, the game has cross-play too! However, the developers explicitly mentioned cross-play only in the campaign mode of the game.

After the Forza Horizon 3 E3 2016 trailer, the developers also showed off some gameplay of the game (which we will share with you shortly) featuring off-road jeeps the 2017 Lamborghini Centenario and a bimmer.

Game releases on September 27 for Xbox One and PC.
