Fallout 4 Mod Support For Xbox one Arrives In May
Bethesda has announced that Fallout 4 mod support for Xbox one will be available following the release of Far Harbor DLC this month. They announced in a tweet that the mods will arrive for the console version of Fallout 4 in a closed beta.
However, Bethesda did not announced the exact release date of the creation kit for consoles, but it is planned by the company to release the kit for Xbox one in May and for PlayStation 4 in June. Far Harbor DLC will be launched on PC and consoles on May 19, and Xbox one owners can expect the kit to release some time after that.
While Fallout 4 mod support for Xbox one will release later this month, PC players have access to the mod support for the past few weeks.
Right now the creation kit is in open beta for PC. The kit lets users to create mods and these mods can be searched through the Fallout 4`s main menu Mods option.
It is interesting that mod support have been available to the users since the end of April, and Bethesda has announced that users have downloaded one million mods for the PC. It is important to mention that Bethesda has already announced that mods will not let you earn achievements, and if you want to earn achievements after installing the mod then you will have to load a save before the mod was installed.
Until the DLC releases you can check out the trophies list of Far Harbor that surfaced online. Also the survival mode is available for Xbox one, in which players can`t fast travel, game can only be saved when the character sleeps, fusion core weight have been increased, increased lethality, diseases, fatigue, danger and more.
