Well, Nintendo isn’t the only victim of theft and nor is Activision. Sony and Naughty Dog had their intellectual and physical property stolen earlier as well.
Some were too eager to play or sell Uncharted 4 so they stole many copies of Naughty Dog’s latest game. According to an update regarding Uncharted 4, which thankfully wasn’t about a delay, numerous Uncharted 4 copies were stolen in transit.
We may see these copies being sold at different online websites in the next couple of days.
Sony assured the community that it is working with local Police to apprehend the culprits as soon as possible and recover those stolen Uncharted 4 copies.
Just like Neil Druckmann on Twitter, Sony posted a warning on PlayStation Blog to look out for spoilers. We can surely expect gameplay videos and Twitch streams soon so be careful while surfing the digital realms until May 10.
As with most Naughty Dog games, the unfolding story is such an integral part of the experience and for this reason we wanted to warn you to beware of the potential for spoilers to be posted by people with access to stolen copies of the game. An extremely talented team has worked long and hard to bring Nathan Drake’s greatest adventure to life and we would urge you to help us prevent this from being spoilt by purchasing copies of the game ahead of the launch date. Please rest assured we will be very vigilant to protect you from this as far as we can so you can enjoy Uncharted 4’s experience to its fullest on May 10th.
Uncharted 4 will release exclusively for PlayStation 4.
