Dark Souls Board Game Got Kickstarted in 3 Minutes! £467K Raised

Well, who expected the Dark Souls Board Game to require weeks before it got the funding it needs? The universe is so popular that fans only too three minutes, I repeat, three minutes to reach the funding goal that had been put up on Kickstarter by the developers.

When they put the board game up for crowdfunding, Steamforged Games Ltd. had asked for a £50,000 pledge goal. This would conventionally be given 30 days to reach, but the fans have already managed to pledge £467,000 with as many as 26 days remaining in the Kickstarter campaign’s expiry.

The Dark Souls Board Game is a “a strategically challenging, deeply immersive combat exploration game for 1-4 players.” Note that they mention 1-4 players which means you will have the ability to go in solo as well.
