There are multiple The Division vendors who can found scattered throughout the in-game world. These in-game The Division vendors provide players with weapons, gear, and weapon/gear mods.
The Division Vendors Locations
Aside from three initial vendors in the Base of Operations; more vendors are located inside Dark Zone entrances, DZ Safe Houses, and other places.
