According to a new report, The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine expansion will release on April 26. Now that we aren’t getting Uncharted 4 on April 26 as it is pushed back to May, playing Blood and Wine on April 26 will make up for it.
However, it isn’t an official confirmation. The news came from a popular Polish Website that posted the game’s release date. CD Projekt RED previously said that Blood and Wine expansion will release in the first half of 2016, so an April 26 release date seem plausible.
The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine Expansion
The Witcher 3 expansion is going to be twice as big as Hearts of Stone and will bring new items, gear, side quests, and main quests that will keep us busy for a long time.
It is believed that Blood and Wine will offer 20 hours of new content. As you know, CD RED released 16 free pieces of DLCs, however, Hearts of Stone was the first paid expansion, while Blood and Wine is going to be the second.
The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine will cost you $20 and offers content that is probably worth the price of a full game. We hope other devs will follow similar post-release content patterns, instead of milking players for as much money as they can.
The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine will be the last major expansion released for this game. There won’t be another installment for a long time, however, they are working on a new game called Cyberpunk 2077.
We don’t know much about it nor do we have a release date. But it will release on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, hopefully, in 2017.
Looking forward to Blood and Wine, and Cyberpunk 2077?
