Neil Druckman has revealed that the Uncharted 4 delay is worth it in the end. Thankfully May 10 isn’t too far from its original release.
This comment from Druckmann, creative director for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End on Twitter after the latest delay was announced:
This’ll make for a smooth worldwide launch. Thanks for your patience… It’ll be worth it at the end. Promise. https://t.co/UZwCjFEDIW

At least to counterbalance the bad news, we have the multiplayer open beta this weekend to have fun with. Though this manufacturing delay is still going to cause some concern with fans of the game.
We’ll have to see if the Uncharted 4 delay is worth it in the end when the reviews come in, and when we get our hands on the game. Arguably one of the biggest games of the year, PlayStation obviously have huge hopes for the game, which is one of their biggest exclusives for the PlayStation 4.
While the wait may hurt, at least the game is almost here. Today we also got the news of the Mass Effect Andromeda delay until 2017. That is one that stings just a little bit more, but will also probably be worth it in the end. It did make today feel like a day of delays though, where anticipation was growing as to what other games could be delayed too.
Do you think Uncharted 4 delay is worth it in the end? Especially if it allows for a smooth release? Let us know in the comments section below.
