Xbox One Backwards Compatible Games That Should Be Bundled With Future Releases

Xbox One backwards compatibility is one of the most talked about features of the past year. There are many games already available in the BC library and many are in the pipeline.

We all have our wish-list of games we would like to see for BC, so today we will be listing down BC compatible games that could possibly be bundled with future releases.

Dark Souls 2 with Dark Souls 3

Dark Souls 2 DLC Crown Of The Sunken King

Released back in 2014, Dark Souls 2 is one of the toughest games I have played, and even though it is a really intimidating game, I would love to play it again. From Software is close to releasing Dark Souls 3 and it would be cool if it is bundled with it for Xbox One.

Borderlands 2 Bundled with Borderlands 3

borderlands 2

Borderlands 3 is currently under development and although Borderlands is available to play via Backwards Compatibility, it would be cool if Microsoft bundles the first two games with Borderlands 3. It would be a nice little incentive for buying the game as well.

Gears of War 2,3 With Gears 4

Gears of War 3

Gears of War 4 is releasing in Fall and it would be a perfect opportunity for many to experience all of the previous games before playing Gears 4. The first one is already remastered for Xbox One, but the other games aren’t available. With the release of Gears of War 4, Microsoft should bundle Gears 2 and 3.

Call of Duty 3 With Call of Duty 2016

call of duty 3

Call of Duty 3 is one of the best COD games of its time and we would love to have it bundled with Call of Duty 2016. Activision has an exclusive deal with Sony but I don’t think there would be objection over a bundled BC game with the next COD.

Crackdown With CrackDown 3

We don’t yet know when Crackdown 3 will release but getting Crackdown with it will make the deal that much more sweet. Crackdown was released in 2007 and those who didn’t play the original game should definitely get a chance to experience it.

Well, these were the  Xbox One backwards compatible games we would love to see bundled with future releases, share your list with us in the comments below.
