Blade & Soul Reaches Over 1 Million Players in EU/NA in First Week

NCSoft’s martial-arts-themed MMO role-playing game Blade & Soul recently launched in North America and managed to gather a large audience. NCSoft has now confirmed that over 1 million players logged into the game during the very first week of its North American release.

Last year, Blade & Soul entered beta-phase so it is likely that a majority of players continued from there. In addition to this, NCSoft has also announced that it has around 4 years worth of content ready to roll out both for Premium and Free members which has also attracted a lot of audience.

The said content include a new class Warlock, various new dungeons, Tower of Mushin, and more. You can also view the upcoming content teaser attached above!

The game launched across Europe and North America with only 22 servers and recently added 6 more servers only to find out that even those were not sufficient. Keeping this in view, NCSoft has announced that it will add 4 servers in near future.
