Square Enix was at Jump Festa 2016 and brought one of their most anticipated game, Kingdom Hearts 3, to the event. Judging by the new footage, this long in development title finally looks like it’s coming together nicely.
Still, there isn’t much to go on as the first half of the trailer show Kingdom Hearts 2.8 with improved visuals and combat. Meanwhile Kingdom Hearts 3 jump in without warning so skip to 3:35 to take a brief look at the third installment.
Kingdom Hearts 3 developers are not only working on this project, but are also helping with Final Fantasy VII Remake. The news of their involvement with the project came from Famitsu Magazine, where the game was featured on the cover. In addition to this, some details were also revealed via a leaked copy of the magazine.
There is no news on when exactly these project are going to be complete, but hopefully, they will release sometime 2016.
Kingdom Hearts 3 will hit PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while Final Fantasy VII is a timed Xbox One exclusive.
