During a recent stream for Call of Duty World League, David Vonderhaar showed up and announced a new update for Black Ops 3 that is coming sometime this month.
Vonderhaar said that the team is aware of the problems users are facing and fixes are on the way. According to some details shared by Vonderhaar, the update will deal issues with Kill Feed, wrong teams names and more.
Fixes for COD Caster mode:
- Wrong team names
- Color Problems
- Kill feed
- EMP affecting caster
- Uplink indicator issues
- Custom Game Settings (Ability to save these and a “COD World League” button to auto activate settings and rules)
There are plenty of other minor problems that Treyarch will deal with soon. On a related note, just a couple of days ago Activision shared new details for “The Awakening”, Black Ops 3’s first DLC.
It will arrive first on PlayStation 4.
Awakening features four new multiplayer maps—Skyjacked, Rise, Splash, and Gauntlet—and the next chapter in the Black Ops 3 Zombies saga, Der Eisendrachen.

Moreover, it was announced that PlayStation will be the official partner for Call of Duty World League that will kick-off this Friday.
Teams from all over the world are competing all weekend long to earn their spot in the inaugural season of the Call of Duty World League and a chance at the $3 million prize pool.
