Deus Ex Mankind Divided is going to have an FOV slider to make things easier for you when you are playing the game’s PC version!
For the novices among you, an FOV slider is basically the field of view slider which allows the players to adjust how much of the game world appears on the screen at any given point. It is something that a number of developers do not include in their games’ PC version.
Thankfully for many, the developers of Deus Ex Mankind Divided is not one of those.
Someone inquired Jean-François Dugas, the Executive Game Director for Eidos Montreal on his Twitter profile “are rumors about lack of FOV slider true.” In his reply, Dugas said that the PC version will have it.
A couple of days ago it was Dugas who confirmed that the game’s PC version was not going to be locked at 30fps unlike the rumors that were circulating the web. He clarified, though, that the 30fps news is about the console version of the game.
Eidos Montreal is developing Deus Ex Mankind Divided for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows. The game is currently slated for a release on February 23, 2016 when, just like them, all of us will be “embracing the idea of choice and consequence.”
