A new trailer for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End shows some new footage from the multiplayer mode for the game, as well as adding some developer commentary. Filmed at Paris Games Week, it features some interesting elements from the game.
With a focus on action, there were also glimpses at the mystical items and what they add to the game. With plenty of familiar faces added to the multiplayer experience this is a nice touch that adds to a more relatable experience for Uncharted fans. Comparing this to the Last of Us multiplayer which used no-name characters doing battle, this is a better experience for fans of the game.
With this being a video from Paris Games Week there are plenty of comments in the video in French, but don’t worry there are also some English ones in there. This includes a brief section with Troy Baker giving his view on the game, with Nolan North sat next to him enjoying the praise.
With Paris Games Week revealing more of the multiplayer side of Uncharted, this will build up excitement for when players will get a chance to try it out. To do this, you’ll have to own The Nathan Drake Collection. Though there may be some offers to allow access for some other players too if they are lucky.
Now that Rise of the Tomb Raider is out it will be interesting how PlayStation advertise Uncharted 4, especially as their “alternative” to the Lara Croft adventure until Tomb Raider finally comes to PlayStation 4. With the similar style of play in the two games, I’m sure many fans of both games will be using Uncharted to ease the pain.
