Fallout 4 Companions Locations Guide

The world of Fallout 4 is as hostile as it can get and roaming out alone is not a viable option most of the times. Luckily, there are a number of Fallout 4 Companions whom you can befriend and make your journey a tad easier.

However, befriending these Fallout 4 Companions is not as simple as choosing a specific dialogue option or completing A Couple of Optional Missions. You need to be consistent in your choices, calculate your every step, and take these NPCs’ likenesses into consideration.

Fallout 4 Companions

Your relationships with these Fallout 4 Companions have different levels. You can carry any relation to a Maximum Relationship status and acquire special perks from these companions. Moreover, in case of some companions, you can also have a Romantic Relationship with them.

Lastly, you can bring along these Fallout 4 Companions with you while exploring the open-world and they will come in handy in a variety of ways. However, make sure to send them away before committing an action they do not approve of.

Our Fallout 4 Companions Guide details everything you need to know about Fallout 4 NPCs, their locations, associated optional missions, things they approve and disapprove of, and more.

This is necessary as otherwise, it would hurt your relationship with them. It is much easier to send them away rather than to have to repair your relationship with them after the quest as you hurt your relationship with it.

Remember that the companions are actual beings (or in some case, robots) and all of them have strengths along with weaknesses. It is up to you to utilize their strengths and their weaknesses during the quests. The companions usually have their strengths in the same area as the actions that they like.

For this reason, it is likely that a companion who is perfect for a certain kind of quest will probably not have to witness you doing something that makes your relationship worse.

However, it is best to have your relationship be the first priority as there are many companions that are adept for the same job but some of them will not be liking other things that you do in the same quest. It is best to think about your strategy before a quest and select the companions that would best suit it before you head out.
