If you pre-ordered the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition from Game in the UK today may have been a very annoying day for you. It appears that they’ve been notifying people that their pre-orders have been cancelled.
As you can see from the tweet below, the screen shot shows just a taste of the anger vented by people who received the emails:

For most of the day this has caused many some concern. The fact that this was the only place for people to be able to buy the Pip-Boy edition in the UK is obviously a big issue if they are then cancelled. The fact that numbers are so limited too also doesn’t help the agitation this has caused.
While there will still be a lot of worry for many of the people affected by this, there may be some good news on the horizon. You should be contacted by Game over the next 48 hours to let you know the details of your order. They also state that the orders should be safe. This was reported by VideoGamer’s David Scammel via Twitter not long ago:

So hopefully this should see the issue fixed. Whether the people will get their order in time for the Fallout 4 release though is still in question. Obviously this will be yet another concern for gamers expecting to be able to play the game on release day.
