As opposed to earlier reports, the Day One patch for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is going to take about 3 GB of your storage space and it is now available for those who don’t wish to waste any time downloading stuff after the game unlocks.
We had reported earlier that the Day One patch would take 2.5GB, but it looks like Treyarch Studios has added a few more things to the list of changes being made to the game, hence, increasing the size of the update.
However, the PlayStation 4 version of the game allegedly has the same 2.5 GB installation.
That being said, it is suggested that if you have pre-ordered a copy of Call of Duty Black Ops 3 you might as well go ahead and update it.
In parallel news, Treyarch Studios have revealed all the Prestige Emblems that are going to be a part of the game (11 in total) and also teased that they are going to add something more to it apart from higher Prestige Levels. You can check them out here.
Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is being developed for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and it is up for release on all the platforms together on November 6, 2015.
