“Shinra Game System” Trademark Filed By Square Enix

Square Enix has filed a trademark for something called "Shinra Game System," It is presumably a stationary game system for Shinra Technologies.

Square Enix, the company behind Hitman, Final Fantasy, Just Cause and many others games has filed a trademark for “Shinra Game System.”

For those who don’t know, Shinra Technologies is a subsidiary of SE and primarily focuses on Cloud Gaming. This trademark indicates that SE may soon announce a “Shinra Game System” to support its cloud platform.

Of course, we’ll have to wait for an official announcement before we can confirm that. But if they do announce something like this, it will be a very bold move from Square Enix.

We’ll have more for you as soon as the story further develops. Till then, let us know what you think of this in the comments below.
