Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Reviews to Arrive by October 22

Assassin's Creed Syndicate review embargo to be lifted on October 22. Critics will reveal their views of this year's installment.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate reviews will arrive by October 22. Review embargo is going to be lifted and users can read all about Syndicate and see what the critics think of this year’s installment in just a few days.

Last year, with the release of Assassin’s Creed Unity, Ubisoft didn’t allow reviews until half a day after the release of the game. However, this time around Ubisoft is giving us a whole day before the title hits the market.

Unity suffered from many issues across all platforms, and reviewers highlighted that. It was believed that Ubisoft knew about these problems and intentionally disallowed reviews until after the game came out.

Hopefully, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate won’t suffer the same way, which I doubt it will. I think one of reasons developers had a hard time with Unity was its multiplayer portion. Axing it from Assassin’s Creed Syndicate puts all of their focus on single player mode.

And as we know, Assassin’s Creed series is loved by million for its single player campaigns. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will arrive on October 23 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, on November 19 for PC.
