Every Xbox One user has been waiting eagerly to try out the New Xbox One Experience ever since it was announced earlier this year.
The new UI, based on Windows 10, makes navigation not only easier but also faster and decreases the reliability the console had on Internet for loading icons and tiles.
Recently, there were rumors that the update, which was originally planned to be available to everyone in November, has been delayed to December.
While this news was met with a loud outcry by the eager fans, people who have actually tried the new experience as part of Microsoft’s Preview Program were happy since the UI does need a lot of work.
Answering queries on Twitter, Xbox Director of Program Management, Mike Ybarra responded that the rumors are baseless and the update has not been delayed.
Hey @XboxQwik , has the new Xbox One dashboard been delayed, or is it rumors just making the rounds? Cheers

However, his tweet doesn’t simply flatout debunks the rumors since he also adds “It’ll be ready when it’s ready” so there is a possibility that we might actually see the update in November but maybe very late in the month.
Along with UI and performance changes, the update also brings with it the much awaited Backwards Compatibility for Xbox 360 Games.
