Halo 5: Guardians is coming and finally the hype for the game feels like it is beginning to start. Today 343 Industries have released two videos looking behind the scenes of the making of the game.
In the first video we look at the composing of the music for the game with composer Kazuma Jinnouchi as he travels the world to create and record the soundtrack for the game. You can’t help but be impressed by the work going into creating something special. Now of course we have to see that actually put into place in Halo 5: Guardians itself to create an epic feel to the game.
The second video looks at the creation of the cinematic opening scenes of the game. Featuring cinematic director Brien Goodrich as he works with the actors on the motion performance stage we not only see the actors at work, but what it takes to put that onto the screen. After their pieces are in place we also see what it takes to get the sound right, even down to the Foley work.
Showing this level of backstage footage and how much work is going into it is obviously putting a focus on just how much work 343 Industries and everybody working on the game are doing to get the game right for the fans. While it may feel like the marketing hasn’t been the best so far for the game, this is the month where we should see this all ramp up.
With game footage showing new gaming modes, and teasing what is to come for fans of Halo there is a slow build up to anticipation. Now the game has to deliver what the fans want.
