All of us know how Ubisoft had made an utter mess of Assassin’s Creed Unity by releasing it way before it as ready. Those horrendous glitches (especially the graphical ones) are still fresh in our minds. So it was only expected that fans would worry about the same when it comes to Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.
People have even started talking about it claiming that the game could be as broken as Unity when it releases.
Naturally, this would prompt the developers to say something, and they did. In a recent interview senior producer François Pelland tried to reassure fans that they have done a lot to ensure that Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is going to be different.
We are still in dev, we still have some work to do, so that’s something we wanted to have from a performance point of view, from a fluidity point of view there’s been a lot of work done in the past year.
After being pushed even further to give a clearer statement on the matter, Pelland added that “we’ll be working really hard to make sure it’s in great shape.”
Now it is up to the fans whether they are going to be content with what Pelland had to offer or not. In any case, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is going to release on October 23, 2015 when we will find out first hand.
