Star Fox Zero Won’t Be Releasing This Year: Miyamoto

Star Fox Zero has been delayed, according to a new announcement by Mr. Miyamoto. Wii U users will now be able to pick up the game in the first quarter of 2016.

Although developers believe that the project is coming together nicely, but they think a little bit more time is needed to get things right. Nintendo has been developing Star Fox Zero with the aim of releasing it this year, however, that won’t be the case now.

Miyamoto said:

Star Fox Zero is going to bring new game play and experiences that take it far beyond the framework established by Star Fox 64. All the members of the development team are doing our best so that the final product will not betray your expectations. And the game will not be delayed for a very long time – we’re aiming to launch the game in Q1 2016.

This is bad news for Nintendo fans but it is nothing to be surprised about. Developers tend to delay games if they feel they need more time, and lately this has been happening a little too much, so we are use to it by now.

Well…Star Fox Zero is now a part of Nintendo’s 2016 line-up.
