Sometimes multiplayer games can be a lonely place, there are people who want to play, but don’t have a part of allies at that time. This is why Mercenary playlists in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 may be the answer to some people’s woes.
David Vonderhaar, Studio Design Director at Treyarch confirmed that these playlists will be in the game, if there are enough people to take part in them:

As you can see from the image included in the tweet, these Mercenary Moshpits won’t be based on parties, but random teams created by the people who are taking part. This makes it easier for the solo players who don’t have parties to play with at that time, to find a match to take part in.
While parties of friends are fun to be a part of with a game like Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, it is also fun to mix things up a bit. To get into the same routine of either fighting against your friends, or playing as part of their team can lead to a certain familiarity. Taking part in teams where you may not know your allies can freshen up the experience and help you to sharpen up your skills.
After the beta I’m sure that plenty of fans will be looking forward to finally getting onto the game. With the Specialists adding a new element to the game the beta definitely showed some new aspects to the gameplay that were a lot of fun.
Are you looking forward to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3? What are your thoughts on the Marcenary Moshpits?
