Okay so this just rolled down my feed and I think it is worth noting; we have picked up word that Konami is showing some more love to Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain and hyping things up even more with a Paris based store.
While the source of the information is in French, we have managed to siphon out what we understood.
So apparently, they are going to launch a Metal Gear Solid themed cafe as well as a store in the heart of France – but for a limited time.
The cafe in question is going to be situated inside a restaurant called Chez Gladines on 11 bis rue des Halles. The cafe will be open between 24 August and 5 September, and you can visit every day from 12:00 to 23:00. That is, of course, apart from Sundays.
While you are there, you can be served a special cocktail made after The Phantom Pain as well as an MGS themed menu.
Moving on, the Metal Gear Store will be launched on August 27 and it will last until September 5; the timings are going to be 11:00 to 19:00 local time.
At the store you can get your hands on a number of goodies, A live stream that will be held on August 26 and then every day from September 1 to 3. There will also be some kind of auctions at the Metal Gear Solid store which we are not sure about and probably giveaways including T-Shirts.
