Despite the controversial and plainly bad port on the PC, Batman: Arkham Knight has been fairly well received.
Although the game is currently off the shelves for PC gamers, console users continue to feel the love from Rocksteady, as the studio plans to launch a new update that will feature the awesome retro-styled Batmobile from the late 1980s.
The 1989 Batmobile is one of the most well known designs among veteran Batman fans, and it’s going to be drivable in the August Update with the Batmobile Pack. In addition, the pack will also give players two new tracks to race on, completely inspired by the sequel to the 1989 Batman movie, Batman Returns.
That’s not all though; the pack will also 6 skins for various featured characters in the game. The skins will be from varying timelines, which include 1990s Catwoman, One Year Later Robin, Arkham Origins Batman, Iconic Grey & Black Batman, 1970s Batman and the Original Arkham Nightwing.
The content is available today for download, and will cost $1.99 on the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live.
