Fabricio Werdum will make an appearance in the upcoming shooter from 343, Halo 5: Guardians. The 38 years old UFC star from Brazil, is a big time Halo fan and he would surely be excited for this opportunity.
Werdum lend his voice to a yet unknown Halo 5 character, but Microsoft has confirmed his role in the game. The company also said that fans will have to look for him and find out which character he is playing.
A Microsoft rep said:
Fabricio Werdum makes a small, voice-only cameo appearance in Halo 5: Guardians. He’s a big fan of Halo and we’re big fans of his, so it’s always fun when these kinds of things work out. It’s a bit of an Easter egg though, so you’ll have to really be looking for it.
This won’t be the first time Halo will feature a celebrity. Conan O’Brien and Andy Richter appeared in Halo 4 and it is possible more celebrities will appear in Halo 5.
Halo 5: Guardians is an Xbox One exclusive and will release in October 27.
