Snoop Dogg Wants NCAA Football 14 to Play on Xbox One, Want to Help Him?

Microsoft may have known that fans would get excited over backwards compatibility coming to Xbox One, but probably didn’t predict the obsessiveness some have over it. Voting is still going strong with the favourites still fighting for dominance at the top.

If you’ve visited the voting page before you’ll know that the main competition has been between Red Dead Redemption and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. While Red Dead Redemption had its time on top stop, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 does appear to be gaining a lead now and sitting comfortably as king of the hill.

While these two games get all of the attention, there are some calling for other games to be noticed too. One of these is Snoop Dogg, who has been calling for his 12.5 million Twitter followers to help him get NCAA Football 14 playable on Xbox One:

While it may not have made the game rush to first place it now has 6,059 votes. As the game had only 4,670 votes before Snoop asked his followers to spring into action it seems there is movement in the figures.

It’ll be interesting to see just how many votes it can get. It would be surprising though if it could still compete for the top spot.

Developed by EA Studios NCAA Football 14 concentrated on college football and worked as an off-shoot of the popular Madden NFL series.

With a positive Metacritic score of 77, if EA Sport allowed backwards compatiblity for the game it looks like many fans would be pleased by the choice, especially Snoop Dogg.
