Attention all Guardians! Destiny servers will go offline today, according to a new announcement by the official Bungie Help page on Twitter.
The downtime is due to server maintenance and won’t keep you offline for long. So save all your progress and take a break.
Players will be unable to sign into Destiny for planned maintenance at 4am PDT on Thursday, July 9th.

We’ll let you know as soon as servers are back online.
In a separate Tweet, Bungie revealed that those having issues while connecting to Destiny servers on PlayStation, should start to see improvements, as the issue is subsiding.
The issues impacting PlayStation players’ ability to connect to Destiny are subsiding. Thank you for your patience!

If you’re a PlayStation user, let us know if connection issues are resolved on your side.
Also, According to a new announcement Destiny fans can pick-up a new Destiny PS4 bundle which includes the new CUH-1200 series model. The console will ship on September 15.
