Forza Motorsport 6 “is the biggest game we’ve ever built,” Turn 10 Studios has claimed.
We are being told that the sheer amount of content and features crammed inside the game is enough to blow all of its predecessors out of the racing strips.
In an interview during E3 2015, Creative Director Dan Greenawalt outlined what fans should be expecting from Forza Motorsport 6 when it launches later this year.
The new installment is going to feature 450 vehicles, all of which can be customized to he bone and can be damaged in numerous ways. Players will be able to choose a cockpit view for every vehicle in the game, and race through 26 beautifully designed environments.
The career mode is going to span for at least 70 hours, and the multiplayer mode is going to have support for up to 24 players. Additionally, Forza Motorsport 6 is going to be running on native 1080p at 60 frames-per-second on the Xbox One.
Greenawalt further stated that it’s the player experience that counts. Turn 10 Studios has been looking at various aspects of the game to ensure this is the best and most memorable experience a racing fan can get.
As for the inclusion of a new League mode, he explained:
You’re put into a division based on your skill and temperament. So that keeps you away from grievers, keeps you with people in your same continent, same time zone, so you’ve better quality of service. And it also means you’re in with people of the same skill level. And that’s a big point: if you’re going to have 24 players for multiplayer you want it to be fast and fair and fun.
Forza Motorsport 6 is going to launch on September 15 exclusively for the Xbox One.
