Batman: Arkham Knight is going to feature a mandatory day-one patch, Rocksteady Studios has revealed.
It’s not a minor patch either. Weighing in at 3.5 GB, I have to wonder as to why a game that’s been delayed a couple of times, still has to have a patch on launch day to fix problems.
In any case, the patch notes provided are listed below:
- Improved Performance
- Stability Fixes
- New feature: Rival Points
- New feature: Original Batsuit skin available to select
- Support for “A Matter Of Family” additional content
- General gameplay, graphical, audio, UI, and localization fixes
Batman: Arkham Knight is the last installment in the Arkham trilogy from Rocksteady Studios. Reviews of the game went up last week and were immaculate. Seeing so many positive remarks was hardly surprising. Rocksteady is not known for being sloppy with its Batman titles.
Batman: Arkham Knight releases tomorrow on June 23 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It has been a long wait, but we can finally settle ourselves in the Batmobile and burn rubber on the streets of Gotham.
