Sony Preps PS4 1TB Model With God of War HD After Xbox One Price Cut and 1TB Model?

Following the recent price cut and 1TB SKU for the Xbox One, it seems like Sony is also preparing to launch a 1TB PS4 SKU.

The rumours of a 1TB PS4 has been circulating for the past week. While Sony has yet to officially announce the 1TB SKU, Amazon France believes that it will launch as soon as Jul. 15, 2015.

Amazon France is the only online retailer that has listed the said SKU. Although the online retailer has pulled down the listing page, it can still be accessed through Google Cache.

Oddly enough, the rumoured PS4 variant is dubbed as the ‘PS4 Big Bang’ and is expected to launch for €401,33 which is roughly around $450.

It is expected that Sony will officially unveil the new console during its E3 2015 press conference in a week’s time.

The recently announced 1TB SKU for Xbox One is slated to launch for $399 and also contains a copy of Halo: The Master Chief Collection which is far better than the rumoured $450 on Sony’s part which, in all fairness, seems a bit ridiculous!

With Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End being pushed back to 2016 and no imminent sign of God of War IV, what do you think Sony should do in order to counter Xbox One during this Holiday Season?
