CD Projekt Red are being proactive regarding the content and features that should be there in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt when the game launches in couple of hours from now.
They have apparently released patch 1.02 for the game already!
This comes after the first update that was released around four days ago; titled patch 1.01, the last one made changes to the gameplay and the quests alongside bringing “DLC support,” other performance improvements and fixes to some stability issues.
Now, CD Projekt Red has released another patch. Despite being 483 MB in size (according to this Reddit thread), the changelog of the patch is as short as merely a five worded sentence that reads:
Cross country support for DLCs.
Since this is the only patch note provided by the developers, we don’t know what is the 483 MB download size taking.
However, this probably means that if a person has bought the US version of the game and tries to play it on an European Union account, his game will not be hindered by downloadable content that is locked for the region where the original game was bought.
If you are still confused regarding the exact time when The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt unlocks, head here to know all about it.
That being said, be cautioned that we have found this story on the Reddit thread mentioned above and in all honesty this could be someone trolling with the users. As you can see in the image provided, there is no way to be sure that the screenshot is really related to the game in question.
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt unlocks in 11 hours from now.
