The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt releases in five days time but the game is up for preload in case you have prepurchased it for yourself.
To top that up CD Projekt Red are also providing us with the day one patch 1.01 already. Or at least in the case of PlayStation 4, the patch is live and being downloaded by some of the users.
One of the fans shared a screenshot of the patch being downloaded and also shared the changelog for it. The patch weighs in at 482 MB which adds to the 9.5 GB download size of the initial play as you download feature of PlayStation 4 making it a total of 10 GB worth download that you should schedule before the game releases.

The preload feature for The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt on PlayStation 4 is currently available through PlayStation Network in a given number of territories across Europe and North America. However, it is expected that preloading will soon be available for the game in other regions as well.
