The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Leaked Ahead of Release, Twitch Bans Live Streams Of The Game
Similar to almost every other game, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has also been leaked ahead of its official release on May 19. As expected, players aren’t keeping the game to themselves and have decided to spoil it for the rest of us, by streaming gameplay on Twitch.
Thankfully, Twitch has decided to take action and has started to ban these streams under DMCA guidelines. Their support page announced on Twitter.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is not allowed for broadcasting until May 19, 2015. Broadcasting before this date is subject to DMCA guidelines.

It does look like all of the streams have been banned by Twitch, but it’s still best to avoid that part of the internet until you get your hands on the game.
Speaking of which, according a listing on the PlayStation Store, The Witcher 3 will be playable on May 18 4PM PDT. Meanwhile, streams aren’t allowed until May 19, according to the Tweet you see above.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is only announced for current-gen consoles and PC, meaning it won’t be coming out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 due to hardware limitations.
