Publisher Warner Bros. has detailed the Season Pass for Batman: Arkham Knight, which promises to offer six months of regular content after the game’s launch.
The Season Pass is going to be available for a pricey $39.99/£32.99 and will offer new story missions, additional super villains, skins for the Batmobile, advanced challenge maps, character skins, and new tracks for your Batmobile to race in.
Batman: Arkham Knight also has a Premium Edition, which contains both the game and Season Pass. This will run you $99.99/£87.98 on consoles and $79.99/£67.98 on PC.
Warner Bros. has confirmed that interested players can place pre-orders now for both the Season Pass and Premium Edition from participating retailers such as GameStop and GAME.
Yesterday, a new trailer released for the game introduced a new “Dual Play” mode where players can play alongside Nightwing, Robin, and Catwoman. The main attraction for this cooperative mode was that players can switch between characters on the fly, and even tag them in for special attacks.
Batman: Arkham Knight is scheduled for release on June 23 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Warner Bros. has stated that the game will suffer no more delays and will release on the intended date.
