It looks like today is the day of Call of Duty Black Ops 3 because every second story that you open up relates to the upcoming first person shooter from Treyarch Studios.
Third and counting, this one relates to one of the gameplay mechanics of the title i.e. skill based matchmaking.
Those of you who have played Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare are going to know the difference between the matchmaking systems of both the games.
While Advanced Warfare relied more on skill based matchmaking (comparatively), Black Ops 2 didn’t reply on it as much.
This might be a thing of the development studios making both the games because now that Treyarch Studios are back at the helm for development the next installation in the yearly series, they have revealed that skill based matchmaking in Black Ops 3 will work similar to how it did in Black Ops 2.
This was revealed be the developers in an interview recently which you can watch above.
However, don’t think they are simply letting go of skill based matchmaking for good! They are not, it is still a part of the gameplay, just that it won’t be the dominating factor.
Check out the video above where the developers are explaining how all this works and tell us what you think about the way Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is going.
