Dragon Age Inquisition: Jaws of Hakkon for PS4 Still Doesn’t Have a Release Date
Bioware released Jaws of Hakkon DLC a few days ago but only for Xbox One and PC. Fans on PlayStation 4 were left-out as they are still waiting to get their hands on Jaws of Hakkon.
The DLC is a timed-exclusive to Microsoft platforms but when will it come out on PlayStation? Unfortunately, Bioware isn’t yet ready to commit to a release date or a release window for that matter.
Answering to the fans, Bioware posted the following tweets:
We can not discuss when Jaws of Hakkon will be coming on other platforms

@NiNiALexandra25 it will come. Hopefully you can be patient.

The romance between Electronic Arts, publisher of Dragon Age Inquisition, and Microsoft isn’t something new. It is quite possible that future Dragon Age DLCs will also hit Xbox first, before being available on other platforms.
On the other hand, Microsoft also has a partnership with Activision that allows Xbox players to get all Call of Duty DLCs first.
In reply to a fan, Bioware revealed that as part of their agreement with Microsoft, they can’t discuss the duration of content’s exclusivity.

Also, there seems to be no plans for a last-gen release of Jaws of Hakkon. Meaning players on Xbox 360 and PS3 may not get this content.
If you ask me, I think it may take around 3-4 months before PlayStation 4 fans can grab Jaws of Hakkon. For now, the DLC is available on Xbox One and PC for $15. Head down to your respective store to download.
