Justin Bieber Sued for Assault and Battery, It’s Not Over Yet
Justin Bieber has been sued for battery and assault followed by trespass, intentional and negligent emotional stress.
Bieber thought that by paying the plaintiffs (for egging) with money will calm down the situation and their allegation on him, but they have more of it coming for the new bad boy of Hollywood.
Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz, who previously sued Bieber for Vandalism, have charged him for assault and battery. The couple filed a lawsuit against the star in Los Angeles’ Superior Court. E! News acquired a copy of the complaint.
The egging at Schwartz house took place on January 9, 2014. Bieber pleaded no contest and paid the plaintiffs with $80,000.
It claims that Jeffrey went to Bieber’s house after hearing his Ferrari over speeding in the community on March 27, 2013.
He claims that he went to Bieber and asked him very ‘Politely’ and ‘Calmly’ not to speed inside that gated community of Calabasas. Bieber hurled two of his ‘Large’ bodyguards at the complainant and he was forced to walk away from the scene.
According to the charge, the singer got violent and as Jeffrey was walking away Bieber ‘launched into an unprovoked tirade, threatening to ‘f–king kill’ and ‘f–king kick his ass.’
Bieber ‘maliciously spit’ in Jeffrey’s face but was held back by his bodyguards. Following the abusive event, Bieber’s head of security approached Schwartz and apologized for his behavior.
However, this was not the end of Schwartz and Bieber conflict. The couple had another incident with Bieber’s associate in May 2013, where they threatened Suzanne Schwartz and daughter (minor) at community’s gate.
Jeffrey along with his friend again went to Bieber residence on Memorial Day to complain about a boy driving fast in his Ferrari but Bieber’s bodyguards insulted them. One of them even called him a ‘little Jew boy’.
