Yakuza 0 Demo is Live for PS Plus Subscribers in Japan
Despite the fact that there are many gamers in the western markets who want Yakuza 0 to get a localized release in English language, Sega has not only skipped announcing anything like that yet but also announced another perk for the Japanese gamers.
The game is getting a demo for all PlayStation Plus Subscribers in Japan that will apparently goes live today i.e. February 19, 2015.
People who are in the region will be able to try out the first chapter of the game; not all of it, but the first half of the first chapter only.
Even this will give you enough time to get a good idea of what the game feels like because it is expected that even the first half of the first chapter is going to take between one and a half to two hours of gameplay time.
You might know this already, but the story will kick off with a murder from where Kazuma Kiryu is brought in focus and his power struggle starts with the Kamurocho underworld mafia. In case you didn’t know already, the game features a young Kiryu from back in 1988.
If you are interested in downloading the Yakuza 0 demo to your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation 4, you will need 4.4 GB or 4.8 GB of free disk space respectively.
Last but not the least, Sega has also announced that they will be making the demo available to non PlayStation Plus subscribers too, but that is going to take some time so you guys will have to wait for a little longer.
Yakuza 0 is being developed for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4; it is slated for release in Japan on March 12.
