Link has a large arsenal of gear at his disposal in The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D. These pieces of gear allow Link to carry more rupees, arrows, bombs, and more.

In addition to this, there are certain items which are required by him to complete certain quests and acquire Pieces of Hearts.

Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D Gear Locations

In this guide, I’ll share the locations of every piece of gear that can be found in the game:

Adult Wallet
Location: South Clock Town
Use: It lets Link carry 200 Rupees.

You need to deposit a total of 200 Rupees or more into your bank account.

Big Bomb Bag
Location: West Clock Town – Bomb Shop
Use: It lets Link carry 30 bombs.

You need to stop the thief from robbing the old lady in the North Clock Town during the Night of the First Day. After you’ve done the deed, buy it for 90 Rupees on the Second or Final Day.

Biggest Bomb Bag
Location: Goron Village
Use: It lets Link carry 40 bombs.

As Goron Link, give the Business Scrub your Big Bomb Bag and 200 Rupees to acquire the Biggest Bomb Bag.

Bomb Bag
Location: West Clock Town – Bomb Shop
Use: It lets Link carry 20 bombs.

You can buy it for 50 Rupees from the Bomb Shop.

Bombers Notebook
Location: Clock Town – Clock Tower
Use: A journal carrying all the warrior accomplishments achieved by the players.

You need to reclaim the Ocarina of Time from the Skull Kid and speak to the Mask Salesman.

Fishing Hole Pass
Location: Clock Town
Use: It lets Link get one free fishing rod rental at the Swamp or Ocean Fishing Hole.

Players can easily win this as a reward from the Deku Scrub Playground or Honey & Darling Shop.

Giant Wallet
Location: Great Bay Coast – Oceanside Spider House
Use: It lets Link carry 500 Rupees.

You need to collect all 30 Golden Skulltula Spirits in the Oceanside Spider House and then talk to the man sitting on the entrance.

Gilded Sword
Location: Mountain Village – Smithy
Use: This can be considered as a superior version of the Razor Sword.

In order to grab this sword, don’t grab the Razor Sword and give the smithy some Gold Dust to reforge the weapon.

Got’s Remains
Location: Snowhead Temple
Use: A mask left by Goht and is required to challenge Skull Kid.

You need to defeat Snowhead Temple Boss, Goht.

Gyorg’s Remains
Location: Great Bay Temple
Use: A mask left by Gyorg and is required to challenge Skull Kid.

You need to defeat Great Bay Temple Boss, Gyorg.

Hero’s Shield
Location: N/A
Use: A standard shield for blocking incoming attacks.

A default item.

Kokiri Sword
Location: N/A
Use: A standard sword for attacking the foes.

A default item.

Large Quiver
Location: East Clock Town – Shooting Gallery
Use: It lets Link carry 40 arrows.

You need to score at least 40 points or more in the Town’s Shooting Gallery.

Largest Quiver
Location: Swamp Trail – Shooting Gallery
Use: It lets Link carry 50 arrows.

You need not to miss any monster and make a high score of 2,120 or more.

Mirror Shield
Location: Ikana Canyon – Under the Well
Use: A special shield which has the ability to reflect the rays of light.

The Mirror Shield is found under the well at the very end of the ruins.

Ocarina of Time
Location: South Clock Town
Use: This legendary item allows Link to control time.

During the Night of the Final Day, you need to climb the top of the Clock Tower and hit the Skull Kid with Deku Link’s bubbles.

Olowa’s Remains
Location: Woodfall Temple
Use: An old mask left by Odolwa which is required to challenge the Skull Kid.

You need to defeat the Woodfall Temple Boss, Odolwa to claim this mask.

Pictograph Box
Location: Southern Swamp – Tourist Center
Use: Link can use it to take a picture of anything he wants.

You need to speak to the man inside the Swamp Tourist Center to acquire this item.

Quiver
Location: Woodfall Temple
Use: It allows Link to carry 30 arrows.

This item is acquired by default along with the Hero’s Bow.

Razor Sword
Location: Mountain Village – Smithy
Use: A strong blade to cut down foes like they’re blocks of cheese.

You need to pay the smithy 100 Rupees to have the Razor Sword forged, Do note that it requires a full-day to get forged.

Twinmold’s Remains
Location: Stone Tower Temple
Use: A mask left by the Twinmold and is required in order to challenge the Skull Kid.

You need to defeat the Stone Tower Temple Boss, Twinmold.
