Xenoblade Chronicles X: New Character Detailed, Concept Art Shared
If you are a diehard fan of Xenoblade Chronicles X you will be geared up for the game’s dedicated stream that was supposed to go on today. While the developers are supposed to share a lot in information regarding the game’s features at the stream, we also have something of your interest.
The official website of the game has some reveals of its own. A new update was made to it where one of the primary characters of the game was detailed. His name is Maurice, a bureaucrat.
He used to be with a former United States Secretary of Defense who went on to become the President’s assistant. Naturally, the game’s story took wilder turns and things changed altogether for the world as we know it.
When the going got tough, he was self-appointed as the chief administrator commissioner of NLA (New Los Angeles) which was followed by his ascension to being mankind’s representative at Planet Mira.
Maurice is not the only interesting thing that the Xenoblade Chronicles X website has shared. A bunch of concept art images were also posted online.
These screenshots (see below) have been made by Hideyuki Matsumoto who, as it appears, has done a really aweosme job of them.
Check out the pictures of Maurice that were shared as well as the concept art images showing the game’s world in the gallery below.
Monolith Soft and Nintendo SPD have been co-developing Xenoblade Chronicles X as a Wii U exclusive; the game is slated for a release in Japan on April 29, 2015.
The is bound to get a release in the PAL region and North America as well, but so far no specific dates have been shared apart from a vague release window of 2015.
