Michael Fassbender’s Steve Jobs Movie Releasing on Oct 9

If you are an Apple fan or a Steve Jobs fan (which definitely has a high probability), I am sure you have been following the new Steve Jobs movie that is being made as we speak.

Big news for you, the movie now has a release date; it open on October 9, 2015.

The flick is being made by Universal Studios and it started shooting only a month ago which means that the release date is coming fairly soon as compared to the usual movies that would be made under the Universal Studios’ banner.

As far as the cast is concerned, the role of Steve Jobs will be played by Michael Fassbender the man you would recognize as Magneto from X-Men First Class and X-Men Days of Future Past. Fassbender, as we all know, is well versed in taking up challenging roles (remember Shame and 12 Years a Slave?), so I am really looking forward to what he has to offer.

However, Fassbender is not the only big name that the Steve Jobs movie is bringing. You will see Seth Rogen play the role of Steve Wozniak, the Apple co-founder (oh man, I haven’t been able to get The Interview out oof my mind and now this!).

The movie will also have Kate Winslet who stars as Joanna Hoffman the former marketing chief of Macintosh and Jeff Daniels playing John Scully the ex-Apple CEO.

It is really a star studded cast which I am sure is going to turn out to be a great tribute to the man that Steve Jobs was.

So have you cleared up your calendars to watch the Steve Jobs movie on October 9?
